Your settlement agreement is usually completed and signed-off within 24 hours of your consultation with me.

Review
You send me a copy of your settlement agreement and your contract of employment for review.
Consultation
I will arrange a call with you during which I will talk you through your settlement agreement and advise you on its meaning and effect.
Completion
If you are happy with the terms of your settlement agreement, you and I will sign the agreement and I will return it to your employer for counter signature and completion.
